Well maintained property with great amenities. Continental breakfast is top tier. Staff set this hotel apart from any other with unbeatable customer service. Will be my only stop anytime I'm in the region. Side note - Breakfast buffet has the best double chocolate muffins!
The room was excellent as was the breakfast helpfull front counter i got the room after a fire extremely helpful The day maintenance person kid didn't impress when I asked for a push as my car was stuck on the main drive he said no 2 women both over 60 that customers gave a push to get out from the snow The other staff was great would allow to stay in room if needed at no extra charge the wait for a tow truck was about 3 hours
Great value for the room and service received. Only complaint was the noise from other guests in the hallways.
Stayed here a few times. Very nice hotel, the on site restaurant/bar is very nice and the rooms have always been well kept. they miss out on 5 star rooms because of the weird decision to have the sink in the main room area and not in the bathroom is just so weird. But the rooms are well insulated for sound, I don't think I've ever heard another guest in the times I've stayed here.
Great location for the show grounds ..welcoming staff and very nice breakfast..the room was very clean and extremely comfortable bed..highly recommend..next time will stay longer and use the pool ..plus the bar isn’t expensive ..win ..win
The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was very good. It’s a truly pet-friendly hotel—my dog Jake was welcomed with a gift bag of treats, which was such a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, even providing me with complimentary toiletries I’d forgotten. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay again.
We stayed at the border in a few times and discovered that they had wonderful facilities to host a wedding. We had our daughters wedding there and everything was perfect. It was cost-effective. The food was beyond tasty. The service was impeccable and everything went off without a hitch would definitely use their services again
The rooms are comfortable and the staff is really helpful. It would be even better if early breakfast options were available, especially given the location, where many people work shift hours.
